Ponsford is a long established building company with a history of producing superior products in a competitive market. We have been involved in professional property development since 1993.

We have a focused approach

We are focused 100% on quality residential property. Consequently, we have a greater understanding of residential property development, marketing and property management than our competitors.

Our trademark product is distinctive up-market boutique townhouses suited to the owner-occupier and the discerning investor.

All sites are located within a 7 kilometre radius of the Brisbane CBD and comprise a mix of small lot stand-alone townhouses, duplexes or co-joined townhouses. Four townhouses per project is the minimum number, with an absolute maximum of twelve.

We choose our sites carefully and then work with our design and construction teams to maximise the potential of each site including positioning, views and aspect.
