With a strong building and business background, Craig is responsible for the preliminary stages of our developments. 

From site acquisitions to working with Town Planning and the Brisbane City Council, Craig fully prepares our projects for the building stage.

Craig’s close involvement with the architectural and interior design stages of each project ensure consistency from concept to finish. He enjoys working closely with our clients, assisting them to customise their Ponsford home to perfectly suit their lifestyle needs.

Craig possesses great attention to detail and isn't afraid to raise the bar when it comes to quality of product and client satisfaction.
