A Hands-On Approach

Ponsford was established in 1993 by the current owners, Lister Ponsford and Craig Roberts.

Lister and Craig are both registered builders and have won several awards for building excellence including the Master Builders Brisbane Award for "Low Rise Multi-Residential" in 2009, 2010 and again in 2011, in addition to the coveted Urban Development Institute of Australia's State Award in "Medium Density Development". They have a hands-on approach to every aspect of each project they create. From selecting the best possible location, the ultimate design team, top quality finishes and using best practice construction, you will find Lister and Craig’s commitment every step of the way.

We are focused 100% on quality residential property. Consequently, we have a greater understanding of residential property development, marketing and property management than our competitors. Our trademark product is distinctive up-market boutique projects suited to the owner-occupier and the discerning investor.

We choose our sites carefully and then work with our design, construction and sales teams to maximise the potential of each site including positioning, views aspect and energy efficiency.

Each apartment has been designed to take advantage of cross ventilation and natural light, therefore reducing the need for continual use and consumption of your apartment’s air-conditioning and lighting. We use high quality insulation resulting in sound-proofed apartments that are cooler in summer and warmer in winter. Over 80% of our entire lighting system utilises energy efficient products.

Water is collected from all roofs and is used for gardening and landscaping. Most gardens feature drought-resistant plant varieties. The hot water heating systems are star-rated, so you'll enjoy substantial energy savings. All tapware is rated for water efficiency to save you both water and money.
